By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Product prices, availability, and descriptions are shown in the store.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed after order confirmation and/or successful payment processing, under the conditions shown at checkout.
For pre-orders, delivery may take place later, according to the release/shipping date stated on the product page.
Payment may be made online using the methods available at checkout, including:
Visa
Mastercard
Paynet
Other methods may also be available when enabled in the store (for example PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
Payments are processed securely by approved payment providers (including Paynet and/or processors connected through Shopify). We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store. Taxes and shipping costs (if any) are communicated before you finalize the order.
Delivery times and costs depend on the product, destination, and courier method.
For pre-orders, shipping starts after the communicated date (e.g. official product release).
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, as provided by applicable law.
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the package, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law in the Republic of Moldova, subject to legal exceptions.
Returned products should, as far as possible, be in the condition received, with original packaging and accessories.
Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery, and digital content already supplied, may be excluded from returns as provided by law.
Return shipping costs: if you withdraw without a product defect/non-conformity, return shipping may be paid by the customer unless law provides otherwise. For defective/non-conforming products, reasonable return costs are covered by the seller.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within the legal time limits after we receive and inspect the return.

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy available on this website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise they will be handled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
